If you taste this rub out the jar it has a lemony garlic taste. On cooked meat, the lemon flavor mellows out into amazingness. I’ve had this on Shrimp for shrimp tacos, chicken and my favorite is on onions and bells peppers. Ive had other fajitas rubs that are way too salty, this one is perfect
