At Heaven Made Products, your satisfaction means everything to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident with every purchase.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund according to the guidelines below.
2. Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns for most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be in its original, unopened condition.
You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email).
The return must be initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used food products or seasonings.
Perishable or consumable items.
Items not purchased directly from our official website.
Gift cards or promotional items.
If an item is defective or incorrect, see the “Damaged or Incorrect Items” section below.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing every order, but mistakes or shipping damages can occasionally occur.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Email support@heavenmadeproducts.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
We’ll review and respond within 1–3 business days with next steps.
Depending on the situation, we may:
Send a replacement product, or
Provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund.
5. Return Process
To start a return:
Email support@heavenmadeproducts.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send instructions on where and how to send your return package.
Ship the item securely in its original packaging.
Please do not return items without prior authorization, as this may delay processing.
6. Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected:
We’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
Banks or card issuers may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
7. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we’ll cover all return shipping costs.
If returning for other reasons (change of mind, ordered wrong item, etc.), shipping fees are non-refundable and you’ll be responsible for return postage.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
Check your bank or credit card account again.
Contact your bank or card company—processing times vary.

9. Exchanges
At this time, we only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an eligible item, please contact us for return instructions and replacement details.
