These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Heaven Made Products website and services (“Site,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms as they exist on the date of use.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version at the top of this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes are effective upon posting, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place orders.
You agree that all information you provide is accurate and current, and you will update it as needed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
We may refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
3. Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your information. By using the Site, you consent to the processing described there.
4. Orders, Pricing & Contract Formation
Offers to Purchase: By placing an order, you offer to buy products in accordance with these Terms.
Order Acknowledgment: After you submit an order, you may receive an email acknowledging receipt—this is not acceptance.
Acceptance / Contract: A binding contract forms when we email you a shipment confirmation listing the items dispatched.
Pricing: Prices are shown in USD and are subject to change without notice. We may correct pricing errors before shipment. If the correct price is higher than shown, you may confirm or cancel the order; if we cannot reach you, the order may be canceled and fully refunded.
Availability: Product availability may be limited. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items.
Taxes: Applicable sales or use taxes will be added where required by law.
5. Payments
We may use third-party payment processors to authorize and capture payments. By submitting a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and that funds are available. Your card may be charged upon authorization or when the order is prepared for shipment.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Our goal is to always provide affordable, reliable shipping. Typical fulfillment begins in the morning; most orders are filled by late afternoon and picked up the following day around 1:30 PM.
Business Days: We are closed on weekends. Friday–Sunday orders are prepared and shipped on Tuesday afternoon.
Shipping Methods (U.S.):
USPS First-Class Ground (2–8 Business Days)
USPS Flat Rate Padded Envelope (2–3 Business Days)
USPS Medium Flat Rate Box (2–3 Business Days)
USPS Overnight (where available)
Free Shipping: Standard shipping is free for orders of $110+ after discounts to qualifying U.S. addresses, including APO/FPO. (Non-U.S. destinations excluded unless expressly stated.)
Restrictions: Some products cannot ship to certain states, territories, or international destinations. Holiday volumes and weather may extend delivery times.
Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of items to the carrier.
7. Returns & Refunds
Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you received the wrong or defective item, we’ll cover return shipping.
Expect refunds within about 3 weeks of dropping off your return:
5–10 business days for transit to us
3–5 business days for processing
5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund

8. Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards
Promotions and coupons may be subject to additional terms, exclusions, limited quantities, or expiration dates. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value.
9. Acceptable Use & User Guidelines
Use of our website is for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:
Post or transmit advertising or commercial solicitation (unless authorized).
Upload viruses, malicious code, or content that is defamatory, obscene, or unlawful.
Mine, scrape, or collect users’ personal data without consent.
Interfere with the operation or security of the Site.
Your use of the Site is at your own risk. The Site is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
10. Intellectual Property
All website contents—including text, graphics, photos, videos, code, and software—are protected by intellectual property law. Heaven Made Products owns all rights and licenses to its materials.
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content for commercial use without written permission. All trademarks are property of their respective owners.
11. Linking Policy
You may link to our website provided you:
Do not alter or obscure our notices or branding.
Do not associate our content with illegal, defamatory, or pornographic material.
Agree to remove links immediately upon our request.
12. Restricted Access
Access to certain areas of our website may require login credentials. If provided, you must keep your username and password confidential. We may disable access at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

Our Site may include links to external websites not owned or operated by Heaven Made Products. We are not responsible for their content, products, or services and assume no liability for damages arising from third-party websites.
14. Limitation of Liability
Heaven Made Products and its officers, employees, partners, or affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including, but not limited to:
Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
Unauthorized access or misuse of your data
Product misuse beyond intended purpose
Any interruption or inability to use the website
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Heaven Made Products, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the website or violation of these Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Texas.
17. Waiver
Failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce that or any other provision in the future.
