Prior to frying every turkey, we drive deep internal flavor and moisture into the breast and thigh tissues by injecting 2 cups of liquid mixed with a complete bag of our high-yield Amazin Cajun Injectable Marinade. Next, we deep-fry the bird to a perfect golden, crispy finish. Lastly, we generously hand-season the outside of your hot turkey with our 5-star Amazin Cajun Seasoning to build an unforgettable, savory Creole crust.

Once cooked and seasoned, we place the hot turkey into a specialized, oven-proof bag, twist it closed with an oven-proof zip tie, and nestle it safely into a heavy-duty foil pan. It’s fully cooked, packed with rich juices, and ready to dominate your dinner table.

Pick-Up Instructions & Serving Tips:

• Bring a Protector: If you arrive shortly after we text you that your turkey is ready for pickup, it may still be around 300 degrees when you take it! Please remember to bring something sturdy to sit the hot foil pan on or in during your drive home.
• Avoid Over-Heating: While you want to keep it warm, you do not want to keep the bird too hot for too long because it will continue to cook inside the insulation bag. Transporting or resting the pan on a simple flat cookie sheet is absolutely perfect for stabilizing it without trapping excess heat.
• Reheating is Simple: Because we wrap the turkey in a high-quality, oven-proof bag and twist it shut with an oven-proof zip tie, keeping it moist is effortless. If you aren’t serving it immediately, simply keep it in its packaging, place the foil pan in your oven when ready, and warm it up according to the directions without losing a single drop of savory juices.
