Another amazing rub from HMP. For brisket I usually use salt and pepper but this is more complex. I love the color it gives brisket (also used on chuck roast and salmon) You can go heavy with this since its lower in salt. You get sweetness up front, followed by a kick of heat. Try this on your next brisket, you will not regret it.
