1. Overview
Heaven Made Products is committed to delivering your orders quickly, accurately, and at the best possible rates. Our goal is to ensure your favorite seasonings and products arrive fresh and on time.
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
2. Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are processed the following Monday (or next business day).
We are closed on weekends and major U.S. holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We currently ship via USPS to ensure fast and affordable delivery.
Shipping options include:
USPS First Class Ground: 2–8 business days
USPS Flat Rate Padded Envelope: 2–3 business days
USPS Medium Flat Rate Box: 2–3 business days
USPS Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available for select zip codes)
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, postal delays, or holidays.
4. Free Shipping
Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $110 or more (after discounts and before tax).
This offer applies only to qualifying orders shipped within the continental United States and APO/FPO addresses.
Orders outside the U.S. or in non-contiguous territories (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) may not qualify for free shipping.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only.
Certain products may not be available for shipment to specific regions due to carrier or customs restrictions.
We do not ship to international destinations at this time unless explicitly stated.
6. Delivery Times
Once picked up by USPS, most packages arrive within:
2–3 business days for Priority shipments
2–8 business days for First Class Ground
Rural or remote areas may take longer.
During high-volume periods (such as holidays), please allow additional time for delivery.
7. Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track your package at www.usps.com or directly through the link in your confirmation email.
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:
Contact us at support@heavenmadeproducts.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
Include your order number and photos if applicable.
We will work with USPS to locate, replace, or refund your order as appropriate.
9. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Heaven Made Products is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
10. Local Pickup or Delivery (If Applicable)
From time to time, we may offer local pickup or special delivery options for nearby customers. If available, these options will appear during checkout.
